I took you to your 15 month well child visit yesterday even though you weren't that "well." A cold, runny nose and cough has been plaguing you for almost two weeks now. Even being sick you are still the happiest little guy!
At your visit, you weighed in at 17 pounds 9.5 ounces and was 29" long. These are both in the first percentile. However, the doctor said that you are just perfect...just growing on your own little curve below the standard chart.
The doctor also mentioned that you need to be walking by 18 months. I know that you will be doing this very soon as you are cruising all over the place! In fact, just last night you found it a lot of fun to walk from me to daddy and the crawl back to me to repeat the process. At most you were taking 7 steps each time and getting more balanced every time!
