It seems like we have been waiting for quite a while to hear some words other than mama, dada, and woof! We all know that you understand so much and probably have a lot of words stored in your head, but that you just didn't want to express them just quite yet! This week it seems like you have started to babble a lot more, especially words that start with the letter "B."
Addie happened to be sick this week, so you actually spent the day at Julie's house on Monday and Tuesday, while Addie stayed at home with daddy (who also stayed home to work). Julie even commented to me that you talked more on Monday with just the boys playing with you than ever before. It would seem that perhaps you end up being quiet around Addie; maybe she talks for you! Anyway, Julie confirmed to me that you indeed know how to say "ball" as you either see a picture of one or the real thing. She also told me that you have a name for their bulldog. You call him Bru which is short for Brutus. You can also now say bye bye! So, B must be a favorite letter for you!
Now, here comes the exciting part! We played with bubbles outside tonight on the back porch. You just couldn't stop yelling BUBBLES! It was quite cute! Mommy and daddy were so proud of you.
